The Menu at Osteria Pronto features a wide range of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Start your day by building your own pancake soufflé topped with fresh berries and hand-whipped cream or drizzled with fresh maple syrup and decadent chocolate chips. Omelets are made to order with hand cracked eggs, crisp veggies and bacon sliced in house daily. Will you be stopping in for lunch? Try the gnocchi, rolled fresh daily by Sous Chef Angelo Volpicelli and complete with the restaurant’s own Bolognese, fresh basil and shaved ricotta salata. Dinner includes favorites like our eggplant with spinach, basil, ricotta, tomato, bread salad and mozzarella, or our specialty calamari with rock shrimp, pepperoncini, lemon slices and crispy artichokes all fried to a golden perfection served with garlic and caper aioli.
Of course, you can’t forget to wind down with some dessert or a relaxing drink after dinner. Osteria Pronto offers plenty of options for both, but the most popular one is the lava di cioccolato, a chocolate lava cake served with vanilla gelato and zabaglione sauce. End your evening with a 14-year single malt scotch whiskey or one of many northern Italian wines, including Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio.
